RIDE INTO SUMMER
Peace Church invites families in our community to Ride Into Summer on Sunday, May 21st from 5:00–7:00PM. This annual event is designed to celebrate family! Kids are invited to bring their bikes, and our pastors, elders and deacons will not only bless the bicycles as the kids ride, but also say a blessing over the entire family. This event will kickoff in the church’s worship center with a dinner and theater atmosphere. Families will have the opportunity to eat a free meal, and then be entertained by the church’s Caraway Street ministry. Following dinner, families will be released to go outdoors. Once we have said blessings and launched balloons, the bicyclists will line-up for a parade followed by ice cream! Bring your family, your bicycles, and a desire for a fun free night as a family!
No electric or battery-operated vehicles please.
Every Sunday night, from 6:00-7:00PM, the Caraway Street theater comes alive with puppets and crazy characters. Folks like Gill Fishman, TK the D.J., and Dr. Magical create a world full of silliness and singing where kids can learn all about God’s Word and how much he loves his children.
Caraway Street is geared for kids ages four through 4th grade.
Four-year-old children are welcome, but we request that they please be accompanied by a parent. Children under four need to be in the nursery. Thank you for understanding.
